We create and perform our own in-house programs. But we also rent an art studio in our performing arts theatre in Bangalore at FLUX. This way, also the other artists can rehearse, perform or showcase their creations.

Multi-use Performing Arts Theatre

A performing arts theatre aka a performing art centre denotes a multi-use performance area. Hence in such an art studio for rent all types of performing arts can be staged. Those may be dance, music, drama, film screening, yoga demonstration, talk show, stand-up comedy or even a poetry recitation program.

There are some organizations that strictly use such art studios for their own personal use alone. But also there are others that rent their studio out to other performers and organizations. This way others also get the benefit of performing their productions.

We Fall under 2nd Category

Performing arts theatre in Bangalore at FLUX falls under this second category. We perform our in-house shows here. We also rent our studio out to other performers and organizations for presenting their shows. They may do so for their own audience or an audience provided by us. Also, we both can share the responsibility to invite audiences together.

The importance of performing arts is evident to all, but not many people know about the importance of visual arts shows and exhibitions where artists don’t actually perform on stage in real time but only show-case their art in front of an audience for them to appreciate the same.

We use the space for our own photography exhibitions, art exhibitions and design exhibitions. But we  also rent it out to every visual artist including photographers, artists and designers. We serve both, visual and performing arts equally so.
